Graham has been Pastor at Kennet Valley since 1998. He used to teach Maths in a comprehensive school in Derby, but left to take up a post as pastoral worker at Aspley Evangelical Church, Nottingham.
Tom recently joined us as our Assistant Pastor at Kennet Valley. He grew up in Rugby where he met his wife Caitlin, who initially turned him down, but he later managed to win over.
Luke became a Christian when he was a boy and has since then known God’s promise to “never leave you or forsake you” as He has graciously kept him close to him through all the changes life has brought since.
David was born and raised in Reading. Initially working as a builder he then trained in mechanics and then Civil Engineering before becoming a Chartered Accountant!
Born and Bred on the Isle of Wight Mark can claim true ‘caulkhead’ status! Mark left the Island in 1982 to go to University where he obtained a degree in Sports Studies followed by a PGCE in Physical Education.
Charlie started as Youth and Children’s worker in November 2016. Prior to this, he spent three months volunteering in an orphanage in South Africa, which is where he really developed a passion for youth work.
Clive became a Christian in his mid-teens. Having spent most of his life ‘up north’ he moved with work to Reading for a two-year stint in 1981 and somehow never went back.
Kate grew up in the Reading area and met her husband-to-be, Paul, at Reading Youth Orchestra when they were teenagers (he plays the cello; Kate play violin and piano).
Iain has been administrator at Kennet Valley since January 2006 and a member of the church since 1985.
Pete became a Christian in his early teens and spent the first half of his working life as a Civil Engineer. Later he changed careers and became a mathematics teacher at Theale Green.
