Clive became a Christian in his mid-teens. Having spent most of his life ‘up north’ he moved with work to Reading for a two-year stint in 1981 and somehow never went back.

Kate grew up in the Reading area and met her husband-to-be, Paul, at Reading Youth Orchestra when they were teenagers (he plays the cello; Kate play violin and piano).

Pete became a Christian in his early teens and spent the first half of his working life as a Civil Engineer. Later he changed careers and became a mathematics teacher at Theale Green.
