The group was originally started to meet the needs of mums with 2 children, one starting school at 9:00am and the younger one starting at pre-school at 10:00am, to have somewhere to meet in the dry, rather than going home or standing around.

Tea or coffee and biscuits and a drink for the children are all provided as well as toys and also a friendly welcome from 2 team members.

It is a wonderful opportunity to chat and build relationships and for mums new to the area.

Even with mums with only the one child, there exists a faithful group who continue to call in anyway just for a chat.
